About the RoleThis position is for a Senior Project Engineer in New Equipment Modernization. You will be responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acting as the primary contact with customers. You will resolve customer issues and escalate more complex issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Review project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms; ensure timely processing.
- Update project schedules and prepare project management documents for all aspects of implementation, including meeting minutes, team assignments/action items, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.
- Serve as the primary contact with customers, develop professional relationships, and understand customer needs within the contracted scope.
- Communicate job schedules to project team members to ensure timely completion.
- Adjust orders for scope changes on moderate projects.
- Assist managers in ordering materials and coordinating logistics according to the project plan to ensure timely billability of materials.
- Organize on-site construction activities for complex projects.

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- HVAC background required
- Preferred certifications such as Project Management certifications and Work at Height certifications
- Experience with Office skills (Excel) is desirable
