This role will be pivotal in strengthening Joyre's talent capabilities, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company's continued growth in the spa and wellness industry.Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, performance, training, employee relations, and exits. Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations. Work with department heads to plan manpower needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Drive employee engagement to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture. Oversee compensation, benefit, and ensure fairness and competitiveness. Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflicts fairly and promptly. Provide HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
