We have an opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our regional team based in Singapore . You'll be hands-on with water treatment programs—testing, monitoring, and ensuring equipment and chemical solutions perform at their best. Join Solenis as a Field Service Technician and play a key part in keeping customer operations running smoothly.

What The Role Involves
  • Provide field service support for water treatment
  • Provide testing and on-site water management services at customers' plants
  • Check chemical dosing and monitoring equipment and carry out repair when necessary
  • Carry out disinfection of cooling towers
  • Conduct site survey and obtain samples for laboratory analysis
  • Maintain housekeeping at allocated areas within customer premises
What You'll Bring To Us
  • Higher NITEC qualifications.
  • 1–2 years' experience in cooling/boiler water treatment field service (fresh graduates also considered; training provided)
  • Strong understanding of plant equipment and chemical treatment programs.
  • Customer-oriented with ability to support account managers/engineers in program start-up and troubleshooting.
  • Computer literate: Class 3 Driving License required.
