Job Title: Field Service Technician

At our company, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the on-site repair, installation, and maintenance of automation equipment and machinery.

You will work closely with customers to diagnose technical issues, determine solutions, and assist in implementing fixes. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with customers to resolve technical problems and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • ITE Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
