Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team

What you'll be doing
  • Equipment Installation : Set up and configure mechanical and electrical systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one.
  • Maintenance Expert : Conduct routine maintenance and respond to emergency service calls, keeping equipment running smoothly.
  • Problem Solver : Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime for clients.
  • Detail-Oriented Recorder : Document service reports and maintain accurate records, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Client Communication : Engage with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures, building strong relationships.
  • Team Collaborator : Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Who are they looking for?
  • Technical Education : NITEC / Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for the role.
  • Hands-On Experience : 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery, with experience in PLC systems (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley) being a plus.
  • Mobility : Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and overseas, enabling you to serve clients effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities to tackle diverse technical challenges.
