About the role This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule. Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs. Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor. Requirements We are looking for people who has hands on experience in HVAC/M&E industry. If this is you, get in touch.
