About the role This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty. Key Responsibilities: As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for: Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement. Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement. Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule. Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works. Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown. Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs. Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor. Requirements We are looking for people who have hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry. If this is you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have: Minimum O Levels. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry. Experience in HVAC system design is desired.
