Responsibilities Support the collection of premiums from clients, brokers, insurers, and reinsurers Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts on regular basis Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving mismatches or payment discrepancies Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all communications and collections activity Collaborate with the finance team to process payment applications, handle refunds, and support bank reconciliations Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims) to resolve client issues impacting settlement Prepare aging reports and management reports for management review Provide administrative support to the credit control and finance teams as needed Requirements Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in credit control is mandatory for this role, preferably in the insurance sector Strong understanding of insurance operations, billing cycles, and regulatory requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel Good communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage large data volumes Due to the volume of applications received, we will only contact shortlisted candidates.
