  • As the Clinical Director Ayurveda, you will be responsible for leading the Ayurvedic care team and driving clinical excellence across our wellness programs. Your role will involve combining Ayurvedic knowledge with strong operational leadership to build scalable, personalized, and protocol-driven care pathways. By ensuring superior patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and seamless care delivery across physical and digital platforms, you will play a key role in the organization's success.Your key responsibilities will include strategic leadership such as leading the Ayurvedic clinical team, defining and implementing clinical SOPs, treatment protocols, and quality standards, as well as collaborating with the leadership team to align clinical direction with the organizational vision. You will also be responsible for clinical oversight and quality by supervising the design and execution of care plans, monitoring patient outcomes, and conducting regular audits and clinical feedback loops.Additionally, you will guide doctor onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance with state and national regulations. Your role will also involve collaborating with tech/product teams to integrate Ayurveda protocols into digital platforms, working with other medical consultants for integrative care, and contributing to research, publications, and Ayurvedic content development.To qualify for this role, you must have a BAMS (mandatory); MD (Ayurveda) is preferred, along with a minimum of 8+ years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles. Experience in designing and executing holistic treatment protocols, familiarity with digital health platforms, CRM systems, and teleconsultation models, as well as excellent communication, mentoring, and decision-making skills are required.Desirable attributes for this role include a deep understanding of Ayurveda medicine, experience managing multi-site clinics or virtual care teams, passion for preventive and reproductive health in Ayurveda, and being adaptable, patient-centric, and data-informed in clinical thinking.In return, we offer you the opportunity to lead a fast-growing integrative health team, shape the future of Ayurveda in digital health, competitive compensation, and a growth-oriented leadership role.,
