The job-holder reports to Head Security/Public Order Vehicles and will assist in the planning, management, and delivery of Acquisition and Systems Management efforts to support SPF operations.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Perform project management roles or assist in vehicle replacement, upgrading, extending vehicle lifespan, or digitalisation projects.
  • Validate contracted deliverables, enforce warranty and quality claims during new vehicle fleet in-service transition.
  • Support MHA in vehicle fleet-related matters and provide recommendations to system managers.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, including audits on activities by contract administrators, and coordinate performance management meetings.
  • Conduct governance checks over maintenance contracts managed by different teams within the vehicle sustainment unit, ensuring compliance with contractual scope.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Service Contract Management, Project Management, Automotive Engineering/Maintenance operations is preferred.
  • Proactive with a drive to improve processes.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on with on-site operations.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract initially, with potential for permanent employment based on performance. The selection process may include medical declarations and further assessments. Applicants will be updated within 4 weeks after the application deadline.
