Leads and grows the Grant Management team through recruitment and training activities as required to develop staff competency Qualifications At least 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in Grant Management function Experience in Legal, Financial and Security responsibilities in relation to Grant operations. Good written and spoken communications, communicates effectively with all levels of management, partners and licensees Experience in crafting and managing funding papers Great interpersonal skills to establish good relationship with partners and licensees #J-18808-Ljbffr
