The programme is part of a national healthcare ecosystem and supports the digitization and connection with other national healthcare programmes. The Grant Management Lead, reports to the Domain Group Lead for Data Services and Grants Management. The individual will supervise a team to design and manage relevant grants as well as oversee the grant administration and operations to achieve the objective of facilitating licensees to contribute data to the NEHR. Role & Responsibilities Provides oversight of the Grant Management from planning to operations, and ensuring alignment with MOH policies to achieve the objective of mandatory contribution Performs the key interface role on funding with internal and external stakeholders Establishes grant principles, processes and SOPs Monitors and regularly updates the status of utilisation to management Works closely with external grant partners i.e. IMDA, MTI, auditors and internal Finance. Leads and grows the Grant Management team through recruitment and training activities as required to develop staff competency Requirements At least 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in Grant Management function Experience in Legal, Financial and Security responsibilities in relation to Grant operations.
