Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for coordination with all client stakeholders (Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations), primarily for piping issues but across all disciplines. Independently resolve minor design queries related to piping. Obtain necessary inputs from clients and field teams; expedite vendor responses. Verify P&IDs against actual site conditions (as-built) and prepare red-lining. For Turnaround (MOC) jobs, propose cost- and time-effective solutions, including demolition and tie-in strategies. Assess feasibility of deliverables/solutions provided by the LTTS-India team against actual site conditions. Represent LTTS in joint design reviews (remote) and independently in client reviews, coordinating resolutions with LTTS-India. Initiate meetings/discussions with stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc.) to expedite resolution of design issues. Design solutions considering site access and maintenance requirements for components (e.g., equipment, valves) identified during commissioning, operation, or maintenance phases, such as local platforms, crossovers, and monorails. Hands-on experience with piping deliverables including Equipment Layouts, Piping Layouts, Piping BOQs, Piping Isometrics, and Pipe Supports. Experience in Piping Material Specifications and valve procurement is advantageous. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards for the Oil & Gas industry. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, piping detail engineering, timelines, and milestones. Knowledge of inter-discipline interfaces and coordination. Experience with Turnaround (MOC), outages, brownfield, and revamp projects. Proficient in 3D engineering platforms such as PDMS and SP3D. Site posting experience during construction phases is a plus. Technical Skills Preparing sketches by hand. Marking up site photographs, snapshots, and screenshots using MS Paint or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
