Sales Manager - Tech Outsourcing Solution Sales Manager - Tech Outsourcing Solution

We are a growing and dynamic company seeking to expand our Outsourcing business in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with lean structure seeking growth while having the strong financial backing of a large global company.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for

  • Managing and growing client accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, managing presales activities
  • Overseeing Sales Operations, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management and Sales Management
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Presales and Sales Operations experience
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Tech Outsourcing industry is a plus
