Our client is looking for a dynamic Country Operations Manager to spearhead brand growth in Southeast Asia. You'll lead retail expansion, strengthen market positioning, and ensure sustainable financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Leadership: Drive overall business performance in Southeast Asia, with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including retail, logistics, merchandising, supply chain, and customer experience.
  • Store Expansion: Develop and execute the regional expansion strategy, including identifying prime retail locations, negotiating leases, and managing store openings across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Brand Development: Build strong brand awareness and market presence through localized marketing campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
  • Market Strategy: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison with China headquarters, ensuring alignment on global objectives while tailoring strategies to local market needs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, corporate governance standards, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands, with proven P&L management experience.
  • Strong track record of retail expansion in Southeast Asia, including new market entry and store rollouts.
  • In-depth understanding of the lingerie, fashion, or premium consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
