Executive - Engagement & Volunteer Management

Contract Position – This is a contract position that can be converted to a permanent role, subject to performance and divisional requirements.
The team member will support and be responsible for Community Engagements and Event Management, which will alleviate the focus and deliverables of the division.
Responsibilities- Plan & execute community engagement and collaborative activities
- Plan & execute volunteer-initiated events and programmes
- Plan & execute ground engagements like curating activities to attract more members of the public, support meetings with community organisations
- Monitor the programme performance of both internal and external service providers
- Work with community partners and other stakeholders to collaborate and curate activities and events
- Participate in SINDA-wide events when required
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Business Management, Volunteer Management or any other related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Community Engagement, Partnerships and Event management
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for presentations
- Able to perform basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders across different levels
- Resourceful, able to work independently and in a team with volunteers & community leaders
- Flexible to work on some weekday evenings and weekends
