Senior Executive/Executive, Community Engagement and Volunteer Management

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Senior Executive/Executive in Community Engagement and Volunteer Management. The role involves planning and executing community engagement projects, liaising with volunteers and community partners, organizing events, and managing volunteer recruitment and training. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of volunteer activities and supporting the evaluation of community programs.
Qualifications- Experience in community engagement and volunteer management, including planning and executing projects
- Strong organizational and event management skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with diverse groups and establish relationships with community partners
- Proficiency in using database management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in non-profit or community organizations is an advantage
- Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field
