Working across various Practices within Bain, you will enhance your skills and leverage industry knowledge across different sectors. Practices form the framework through which we develop and organize our solutions and products based on client industries or business functions. They play a crucial role in our ability to win and deliver exceptional results, making them a strategic priority for our firm. The Knowledge Management team plays a vital role in harnessing the collective expertise of our consulting staff, enabling us to deliver outstanding results for our clients.Joining the Performance Improvement practice, a global capability spanning all industries at Bain, you will be part of the Procurement solution team. This practice encompasses company-wide Accelerated Performance Transformations, as well as functional and cross-functional excellence in Operations, Corporate Support, and Service Operations. It is one of the fastest-growing segments at Bain.In this role, you will:- Support Partners and consulting staff by offering relevant expertise and resource recommendations- Provide frontline support to case teams by sharing curated Bain content, experiences, and perspectives- Connect experts within the Bain network to consulting teams- Collaborate with Information Services or Practice Centers of Excellence to provide consultants with a consolidated view of internal and external knowledge- Develop and package summary documents, as well as provide updated or bespoke analysisAdditionally, you will lead the capture and sharing of the practice knowledge base, manage metadata to facilitate user searching, contribute to the development and execution of the practice strategy, and actively engage with the broader PPK team.The ideal candidate will have a BA or equivalent undergraduate degree, with an MBA considered a plus. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is preferred. You should possess strong analytical abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for change management and strategy execution. Being detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with a regular use of AI tools.
