Senior Officer, Specialist, Business Development - Consumer Lending, Consumer Banking (RE0051)
  • The role involves recruiting manpower and training them on Consumer LAP business, as well as catchment mapping to each of the DSTs. The main responsibility is to ensure productivity from DSTs and drive Consumer LAP business from the Branch Banking channel. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for cross-selling to the existing customer base and promoting other bank products to new customers, while managing the Consumer LAP P & L of all assigned branches.Key responsibilities include:- Recruitment & Training of Manpower- Supporting and driving the productivity of DSTs- Conducting catchment mapping & marketing activities- Achieving the Annual Operating Plan for both DSTs & Branches- Ensuring profitability of Consumer LAP Business- Managing Portfolio QualityJob Duties & Responsibilities:- Ensuring the manpower aligns with budgeted numbers- Ensuring adherence to the sales process by every DST- Organizing regular marketing activities and engaging in traders/association meetings within the catchment area- Collaborating with the branch banking team and attending branch leads- Facilitating DSTs and customer visits- Overseeing the implementation of corporate office initiativesRequirements:- 5-10 Years of experience in sourcing Business Loans / Loan against property / MSME business- 3-5 years of experience in team handling- Graduation / Post Graduation- Sales / Business Development skills- Leadership abilities- Strong relationship management skills- Team Development expertise- Strategic planning capabilities- Resource allocation proficiency- Banking knowledge- Computer skills and digital knowledge- Extensive network in the market- Team player with self-motivationApply Now:The role offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.,
