Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle for the related markets, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents to successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs;
- Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
- Develop effective hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related field;
- 3+ years HR experience; experience working in a fast paced environment would be a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever;
- Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
