Director, HR PMO & Change Delivery (APAC) DP World is looking for a hands-on HR PMO & Change leader who can turn strategy into real results. As Director, HR PMO & Change Delivery (APAC) , you’ll be the connector, aligning people, priorities, and plans across a dynamic region. Guided by the VP, Organisation Optimization & Technology, you’ll bring structure to complexity, influence without authority, and lead with clarity, creativity, and trust. This isn’t about technology only; it’s about people experience, how we design, deliver, and embed change that truly sticks. Key Accountabilities Deliver HR and Change projects with structure, governance, and strategic alignment Redesign processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency Influence cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working Build frameworks that balance global standards with regional execution realities Lead and deliver end-to-end HR change initiatives from design to hands-on execution, in partnership with cluster and regional HR leaders to drive engagement and adoption Translate business priorities into actionable, on-the-ground change plans that enable people and organizational transformation Activate peer champions and foster ownership across geographies Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Tertiary qualification (minimum Bachelor’s degree) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Experience in HR Change Management, post-acquisition project management Proven track record of leading change through planning, alignment, and delivery Ability to simplify complex deployments into practical, people-centred solutions Experienced in leveraging HR technologies such as Darwinbox, Oracle, Power BI, and JIRA/ServiceNow to drive efficiency, insights, and impactful people outcomes Excellent influencing and relationship building skills across matrixed organisations, global teams and layered decision-making Clear, confident communicator with cross-cultural stakeholder engagement Business-first mindset focused on performance, process, and employee experience Resilient and solutions-oriented, bringing creativity, positivity, and stability through times of change Note : The job title in the advertisement serves the purpose of attracting talent and advertising the position.
