This role is to provide strategic and administrative leadership to support the Graduate College's academic and professional development missions for postgraduates. To oversee and coordinate programs, ensure compliance with the University's goals and strategic plan, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:To plan and execute recruitment strategy aligned with NTU mission and goals to be a global university of excellenceTo plan and execute Graduate College's recruitment initiativesTo design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent to NTU research programmesTo plan and manage postgraduate diversity and integration programmeTo manage Master's by Research Integrated Programmes

RequirementsAt least 5 years of working experience, preferably in marketing and brandingKnowledge in data analysis and financial experience would be an advantageExcellent communication skillsManagerial and supervisory experienceStrong analytical skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel) and strong data analysis skills
