The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:Act as the primary point of contact for Overseas Collaboration (ORC) - IPP Scheme which involves collaborations with overseas universities and industry partnersHandle all enquires and matters on the ORC-IPP schemeReview applications to ensure compliance to the respective MOE-approved agreement under the schemeCo-ordinate and liaise with the Schools/central offices on the admission of the applicants under the schemeLiaise with the collaboration parties to resolve administration issues to meet the University policies and guidelinesCompile, process and analyse admission data on the scheme for regular and up-to-date reportingHandle and manage all students matters related to the schemeProvide support in planning and organising of outreach events

RequirementsAt least 4 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sectorStrong proficiency in speaking MandarinExcellent planning and organization skillsGood communication and writing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office application softwarePeople-oriented and a team player
