Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the logistics department Maintain accurate records of machinery certifications, road tax, and insurance renewals Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections Cover receptionist duties when required Coordinate movement of materials to and from construction sites Liaise with suppliers and project staff to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Monitor delivery status and provide regular updates to the project team Maintain and update inventory records of materials and tools Support stock-taking and asset-tracking activities Track and update daily working hours and overtime records for workers and site staff Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime claims Prepare and submit monthly overtime reports for payroll processing Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles with receptionist duties Must be open to handle receptionist duties Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
