About the RoleWe are currently looking for the role of Senior Business Development Director , an opportunity crafted for experienced professionals who are ready to apply their established expertise in a new, dynamic context.
In this role, you’ll engage directly with aligned individuals and professionals, guiding them through a thoughtful consultative process that introduces them to our transformational leadership programs. You will utilize your background in business development, sales, or marketing to foster genuine connections and create long-lasting impact.

- Collaborate with a community of forward-thinking peers and mentors committed to mutual success
- 7+ years of experience in business development, client relations, marketing, or consultative sales
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, service-focused mindset
- The ability to operate with focus, consistency, and initiative in a remote setting
- An interest in professional growth, human potential, and personal transformation
- Familiarity with digital tools and online communication platforms
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
