Job Description

· Process eCommerce orders, create shipping labels and communicate shipping instructions to logistics partners on a daily basis

· Track, trace and update the statuses of daily outgoing shipments

· Reply order-related customer inquiries

· Purchase shipping insurance

· Maintain precise, complete and organized payment records with logistics partners by verifying that invoices contain accurate information, description of goods or services received and pricing

· Reconcile eCommerce sales monthly financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness

· Track inventory levels and analyze SKU level detail to identify rate of sales

· Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily inventory movements and counts

· Assist in adhoc assignments when necessary

Job Requirements

· Diploma with at least 2 years of work experience

· Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

· A highly meticulous working style. An eye for detail and the ability to quickly notice discrepancies

· The self-initiative to do the necessary without being prompted by others

· A dynamic work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Basic bookkeeping and arithmetic abilities

· Strong communication skills

· Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with colleagues and partners based in China

Able to commence work within short notice

Willing to work around Ubi vicinity.
