  • As a Facebook Ecommerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns for our ecommerce business. You should have a data-driven approach with hands-on experience in running Facebook and Instagram ads, optimizing ad performance, and scaling ecommerce sales through effective paid social strategies.Your key responsibilities will include developing, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for ecommerce products. You will manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI. Conducting A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversions will be crucial. Monitoring performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to adjust strategies accordingly is also part of your role. Additionally, implementing retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to enhance customer acquisition will be essential.Collaboration with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives is necessary for success in this role. You should stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure effective campaign management. Reporting on campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement will be key tasks.Qualifications & Skills required for this role include a minimum of 4 years of experience in Facebook Ads for ecommerce, a strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and ad policies, and experience in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and analytics. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms is expected. An ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions, along with experience in scaling ad campaigns and budget optimization, is important. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar, experience with other digital marketing channels such as Google Ads or Instagram, and familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am, offering the opportunity to work remotely. The role falls under the Digital Marketing category within the Advertising & Marketing (Digital Marketing) industry. As a permanent employee, you will benefit from the flexibility of working from home with a fixed night shift schedule.The job type is Full-time, requiring any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.,
