Job description Finance Executive (Internal Accounting) Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets. annual financel report Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions. Check and verify employee claims for disbursement Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation) Maintained the sale contracts, sales incomes, and payments with report monthly Managed & calculated CPF & payroll of staff, and levy Quarterly GST submission and annual tax filing Coperat tax computation and filling. Other jobs arranged and authorized by the General Manager Requirements Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience. Prior experience in the accounting firm industry is preferred but not essential. Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Singaporean/PR only.
