Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team on a short-term basis. This role will support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across multiple agencies within the Groupe. It's a great opportunity for someone passionate about people processes and looking to build experience in a regional and matrixed environment.
Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee movement, and data updates.
• Prepare and manage employee documentation (contracts, addendums, letters, certifications).
• Maintain HRIS and employee records with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in coordination of onboarding sessions and other employee experience initiatives.
• Provide administrative support in performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development activities.
• Work closely with the HRBP team to support employee relations cases (documentation, meeting scheduling, follow-ups).
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and ensure data integrity.
• Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, escalating where necessary.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with Groupe-wide strategies.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or generalist support role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for employee experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
