What you do You will be directly involved in the lifecycle of significant transactions, contributing your skills to a variety of tasks: Support deal execution from initial pitches through closing, assisting with due diligence, regulatory requirements, and documentation. Conduct comprehensive industry, company, and market research to inform transaction strategy. Develop compelling presentation materials (pitchbooks, teasers) for both internal and external stakeholders. Build and refine financial models, performing valuations using techniques like DCF and sensitivity analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the bank to ensure seamless transaction execution. Provide administrative and analytical support to the Corporate Finance team as needed. Who you are A recent graduate from Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field. Possess a strong academic record and a passion for finance. Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Analytically strong, with a solid understanding of financial concepts. Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Mergermarket, and Dealogic is an advantage.
