For more information, please visit: About the Role We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners (e.g., business services companies, associations & technology platforms) to drive revenue growth in the foreign exchange (FX) and cross-border payments sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, partner enablement, and indirect sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential channel partners aligned with company growth strategy. Negotiate partnership terms, commercial models, and contracts. Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive transaction volumes and revenue. Manage partner relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and mutual growth. Drive indirect sales through partners by enabling them with training, marketing collateral, and joint business plans. Track, measure, and report partner performance against KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, compliance, operations) to deliver partnership success. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting partnerships. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within fintech, payments, financial services or business consulting companies such as corporate secretarial and audit firms. Strong track record in building and managing B2B partnerships across Southeast Asia and/or Hong Kong. Familiarity with cross-border payments, remittances, FX, or transaction banking products. Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and languages spoken across Asia is a plus Willingness to travel within the region. Why Us?
