Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, resourceful, and disciplined DeFi Partnership Manager to join our Singapore team. This role is for a true crypto native—someone who lives and breathes DeFi, understands its nuances, and can operate with strategic finesse to grow its market presence. You will own partnerships with leading protocols, catalyze adoption, and shape innovative use cases that expand the project’s market cap, and relevance in the space. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and deepen partnerships with leading DeFi protocols, projects, and institutional participants. Identify strategic growth opportunities to increase the project’s market cap, and utility across chains. Collaborate with internal teams across to support partnership execution. Monitor ecosystem trends, competitor activity, and emerging protocols to inform partnership strategy. Occasionally travel to events, conferences, or partner meetings to foster in-person relationships. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the DeFi space, with a deep understanding of protocols, tokenomics, and ecosystem dynamics. Strong understanding of BTCfi and its role in expanding Bitcoin’s utility across DeFi. Native-level English proficiency is essential; Chinese language skills are a plus but not a must. Strong network within the DeFi ecosystem and proven track record in building strategic partnerships. Highly disciplined, independent, resourceful, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment. Ability to navigate complex negotiations and influence key stakeholders with integrity and professionalism. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset; ownership of key OKRs including TVL, market cap, and use case growth. Comfortable traveling occasionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
