Our client is a leading global consumer services company that is undergoing rapid expansion in the region. The role We are looking for an Employer Branding Manager to shape and strengthen our client's reputation as an employer of choice. This role will combine creativity, strategy, and execution to tell their people's story, showcase their culture, and attract top talent who will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to design impactful campaigns and initiatives that differentiate their brand in the talent market, both regionally and locally. Key Responsibilities Employer Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and implement a compelling employer branding strategy aligned with business goals and talent needs. Define the employee value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and talent insights to keep the brand competitive. Content & Campaigns Create engaging content (videos, social media posts, employee stories, blogs, career site updates) that highlight the culture, people, and impact. Partner with marketing and creative teams to run digital and offline campaigns that boost visibility with target talent pools. Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Employee Advocacy & Engagement Launch employee ambassador programs to encourage authentic sharing of employee experiences. Support internal engagement initiatives that enhance their culture and showcase their values externally. Recruitment Marketing & Events Design talent attraction campaigns for critical roles and early-career programs. Manage employer branding presence at career fairs, industry events, and university partnerships. Track and measure ROI of branding initiatives (reach, engagement, quality of hires, application rates). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field. 8+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles. Strong content creation skills with an eye for design, storytelling, and social media trends. Experience in FMCG or fast-paced consumer industries preferred. Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize initiatives.
