General Manager (Construction Sector)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale construction operations and driving organizational success.
Requirements- Education : A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Business Management or Business Administration .
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the Singapore construction sector. Candidates with an Engineering degree or diploma and experience as a Technical Personnel for BCA registration will be given preference.
- Probation & Confirmation : The position will commence with a three (3) month probationary period . Upon satisfactory performance and management evaluation, the appointment may be confirmed as a permanent role.
- Interview : Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview .
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of project execution.
- Ensure compliance with BCA and other regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and partners to maintain strong working relationships.
