We are TP Aerospace, a fast-growing and dynamic company operating in the aviation industry with headquarters in Copenhagen and eleven sites worldwide. This role is based in Singapore and involves handling APAC contract customers to ensure delivery of Wheels and Brakes in accordance with contract terms and customer expectations. You will learn our processes from scratch with close engagement with customers and repair shops around the world.

The opportunity

Working from our office in Singapore, you will collaborate with the Program Managers and be responsible for general customer support, ensuring the smooth running of assigned customers and programs and securing the operational logistic flow in serving our customers.

Primary responsibilities

  • Processing exchange and lease orders
  • Processing replenishment orders in a timely manner
  • Filing transactions in the company’s IT system, Quantum
  • Arranging and following through on pick-up and deliveries between program customers and TP Aerospace’s facilities
  • Working with Accounting to ensure timely payments are made by clients
  • Coordinating with the quality department and Repair and Asset Managers on warranty cases together with the Program Manager
  • Reporting to management as required

Qualifications

  • Educational background within business, logistical, technical discipline or similar
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office
  • Expert level in MS Excel would be an advantage
  • Preferably experience within aviation, along with customer service, sales, logistics, or supply chain
