This role is responsible for leading and executing leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, rental performance, and asset value across a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. This role includes oversight of leasing operations, documentation, marketing initiatives, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic leasing and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage accurate leasing budgets, forecasts, and valuation support materials
  • Prepare and administer leasing contracts and ancillary documentation with a focus on compliance and profitability
  • Lead marketing initiatives through various channels to attract quality tenants
  • Provide quality control checks on contracts and leasing activities to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Build internal capabilities and aligning efforts to asset plans
  • Collaborate internally with property management and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational handover
  • Review market trends and conduct competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and tenant mix
  • Contribute to leasing-related process improvements and standardisation initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Property Management, Marketing, or Economics
  • CEA RES License
  • Minimum 5–8 years of leasing experience across industrial and/or commercial assets
  • Demonstrated experience in leasing activity, lease management, team leadership, and asset performance enhancement
  • Experience in a property or leasing role with expert knowledge of property/asset management industries, asset valuations methodologies and principles
  • Planning and communication skills to confidently present to various stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing regulations, JTC's Policy and valuation methodologies
  • Proficient in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
