Overview

To manage and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, ensure efficient contracting and credentialing processes, and support strategic initiatives that enhance provider performance and service deliver.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with company service and cost strategies.
  • Oversee provider contracting, credentialing, performance reviews, and fee negotiations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the provider database and network directory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (claims, customer service, operations) to resolve provider-related issues.
  • Monitor KPIs such as provider turnaround time, patient feedback, and cost containment targets.
  • Support implementation of provider-related projects including onboarding new networks and digital platform integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in provider network management or healthcare operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics and healthcare systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
