To lead a team of network engineers to provide IT operation and support for the network infrastructure of the organization.
- Work based on tasks, service requests, incidents, and change requests
- Manage service vendors and service providers to ensure ongoing and continuous operation of infrastructure and services.
- Conduct the RFP/RFQ/Tender for network infrastructure
- Involve in the technical evaluation, project implementation, managed vendors, conducting UAT, and ensuring the documentation and closing the project
- Involve in and lead the project in the area of network infrastructure, and customer projects.
- Support and maintain the IT operation for network infrastructure end to end
- Follow up on audit findings and close the gap in the corporate, business unit, and regional
- Follow up on the IT security incident notification and close the related tickets
- Responsible for network configuration changes, updating and maintaining the documentation, inventory
- Regularly review network performance, capacity planning and contribute to the monthly report
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in network support and operations
- Hand-on experience in network devices: Router, LAN Switch, Wireless LAN, Firewalls.
- Excellent knowledge of IP networking protocol (Mandatory: BGP)
- Relevant experience in project management
- Good interpersonal and an excellent communicator
- Highly self-motivated and directed with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure situations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- CCNP, WISP, Fortinet NSE4 certified

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
