Fluency in Mandarin is essential for daily interaction with Chinese clients and preparing reports in Chinese.- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide the sales team toward performance goals.- Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market shifts and customer demands.- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independent thinking and quick decision-making under pressure.- Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
