Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- -Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- -Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently to demonstrate product & solution capabilities.
- -Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using i-PRO's product portfolio.
- -Lead and mentor sales specialist, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- -Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to develop A&E specifications for large-scale tenders and projects.
- Technical Engagement: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- -Provide hands-on support for installation and commissioning when needed
- -Conversant & hands-on experience with VMS platforms like Milestone, Genetec
- - Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with an MBA will be preferred
- - Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in IP video surveillance solutions
- - Proven hands-on experience with installation and commissioning.
- - Ability to independently conduct POCs and technical evaluations.
- - A proactive problem solver and go-getter with a results-driven mindset.
- - Experience working with multinational manufacturers (video surveillance) or global system integrators.
- - Experience with Milestone/ Genetec system integration is highly desirable
