The Manager / Senior Assistant Manager is the subject matter expert in Recruitment. He/She will oversee a team of recruiters in handling the hiring needs for both the corporate and research functions of the University. This includes the end-to-end recruitment processing, ensuring alignment with fair employment practices and creating positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:Supervise a team of Recruiters in managing the full life cycle of recruitment which includes sourcing, screening, interview arrangements and offer.Drive and ensure recruitment practices and processes are compliant to best practices and regulationsUse recruitment analytics to identify and drive key focus areas for the teamEnsure tasks and enquiries undertaken by the team are resolved and completed in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA)Oversee the standardisation and drive future improvements in the recruitment processCollaborate and build good working relationships with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders/departments within the UniversityOther ad-hoc projects as assigned

RequirementsHuman Resource Management, or business related degreePreferably 6 years of relevant experience and minimum 1 year in supervisory role.Good HR particularly recruitment knowledge, and experience in HR OperationsDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of direct reportsFamiliar with the regulatory compliance on Employment Act and local labour lawsExcellent interpersonal, communication skill and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisationSelf-drivenWorking knowledge with Workday is advantageous
