Director, Integrated Planning Transformation

The Integrated Planning Transformation Director is responsible for elevating process, system, and people capabilities in Planning to deliver a step change in key business metrics: forecast accuracy, OTIF, DIO, and back orders, while driving productivity of the Planning function. The role leads the digital transformation and continuous improvement of Planning processes and implements the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across the region. It collaborates with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to align planning with customer and distributor needs and to bridge internal supply capabilities with external demand realities for a data-driven, value-based customer experience.

• Lead the implementation of the IBP process in the region and drive organizational adoption and ongoing IBP activities across all steps.
• Manage IBP program scope, schedule, and resources and support monthly Planning cycles.
• Prepare data and presentations for monthly IBP processes, including portfolio review, regional demand review, integrated reconciliation (IR), and management business review (MBR).
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment on monthly demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop, mature, and improve the IBP process; partner with Finance to ensure clarity of financials for decision-making.
• Measure, control, and improve IBP accuracy using defined metrics; present KPIs with root-cause analysis and recommendations.
• Deliver clear, direct, fact-based communication; translate data into information to drive action.
• Explore and implement innovative opportunities, including automation of data collection and standardized metrics dashboards.
• Deploy AI/ML capabilities in demand planning within the S&OP process; coordinate with the Global Plan Excellence team on predictive/prescriptive planning, scenario optimization, and no-touch planning.
• Ensure data integrity (e.g., IMS) and forecasting inputs; deploy forecasting innovations and technology adoption.
• Drive auto stock deployment and coordinate with Global Plan Excellence for process improvements and no-touch stock execution.
• Partner with Commercial and Customer Service to align planning with customer/product segmentation and service-level agreements; integrate sales inputs for launches and promotions; incorporate distributor data into planning models.
• Lead special projects (e.g., EUMDR, RECODE, APEX) and support governance and compliance requirements (e.g., Singapore tax model).
• Develop and sustain a capability-building program for demand, supply, and business planning; establish a base of SMEs.

• Minimum: Experience in demand and supply planning processes; proficiency in AI/ML applications in planning; strong project management; ability to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations
• 10+ years in Supply Chain including forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, materials management, master planning, scheduling, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with commercial teams, distributors, or customer service; familiarity with CRM; ability to translate planning insights into commercial actions.
• Strong working knowledge of S&OP, IBP, and related processes; experience with statistical forecasting tools and advanced planning systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Preferred: Experience with inventory optimization tools (e.g., Kinaxis) and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP); APICS certification; proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
