Overview Tencent Cloud’s Business Security Team is a market leader in China’s financial and transactional risk control space, with proven capabilities across anti-fraud, transaction security, and account protection. Our clients span sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, gaming, retail, and online media — and we are now expanding these solutions globally. As Tencent Cloud continues to scale its global security product portfolio, we are looking for a driven and execution-oriented International Solutions Leader to spearhead our Risk & Fraud Prevention product expansion across overseas markets. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the commercialization and localization strategy of Tencent Cloud’s business risk products, working cross-functionally with product, R&D, compliance, and regional teams to land these solutions across Southeast Asia, China Hong Kong & Macau, the Middle East, and other international markets. Responsibilities Serve as the go-to business owner for the international expansion of Tencent’s business security product lines, covering areas such as financial risk control, fraud prevention, transaction protection, and account security. Lead presales enablement, solution packaging, go-to-market readiness, and client-facing technical engagement across multiple markets. Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams in China to localize product offerings, define overseas compliance pathways, and support commercial readiness. Support strategic client engagements and drive successful pilot implementations in emerging markets. Coordinate with internal compliance, legal, and ecosystem teams to build overseas business qualifications and partner networks. Be accountable for global business results for the product line, owning the topline targets and execution strategy. Qualifications A minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, with at least 10 years of experience in technical presales, cloud solutioning, and/or business risk/fraud control domains on a global landscape, with familiarity with Southeast Asian market dynamics a strong plus. At least 3 years of team management experience, either in R&D or presales engineering leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams. Deep understanding of financial or transactional risk use cases (e.g., credit risk, payment fraud, account takeovers, AML). Strong execution mindset with ownership of product landing, localization, and business enablement. Experience working with or within cloud service providers, cybersecurity vendors, or risk analytics firms is highly preferred. Comfortable working across China HQ teams and international clients, with excellent fluency in both English and Mandarin.
