What The Role Entails
  • Responsible for product planning and operations of B2B (or B2G) platform products, delivering competitive product solutions to drive growth and achieve commercialization goals.
  • Monitor industry ecosystems and competitor trends; formulate industry partnerships and go-to-market strategies by leveraging product strengths to enhance industry influence.
  • Keep track of cloud computing trends; translate benchmark analysis and technical principles into practical product implementation.
  • Build and optimize business data monitoring systems, IT support and customer service frameworks, as well as channel and marketing systems; continuously improve system architecture, operational efficiency, and cost structure to enhance sales conversion.
  • Conduct business research and collect customer feedback; distill common requirements, set priorities, and drive ongoing solutions to sales or customer pain points.
Who We Look For
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or related fields.
  • Passion for the internet and technology; enthusiasm for product planning, strong analytical and innovative thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities; excellent execution to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
  • Customer-oriented mindset; dedicated to understanding customer needs and willing to dive deep into their application scenarios.
  • Resilient in the face of challenges and able to respond constructively to doubts or criticism.
