Drive the growth of our exclusive K-Beauty brands (WELLAGE, Ilso, Lilyeve, Dermafirm, Dermafix, and many more) and premium brands (Malin & Goetz) across leading e-commerce platforms in Singapore and Southeast Asia – from managing storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to executing online campaigns that deliver both sales and visibility. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across merchandising, promotions, ads, and campaign execution to ensure our brands stand out and thrive online.

What This Role Entails
As an E-Commerce Specialist / Manager, you'll support the growth of our online business by ensuring smooth operations, strong execution of campaigns, and continuous optimisation across platforms. You will be involved in everything from managing product listings and storefront optimisation to monitoring ads, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting on performance. In addition to Singapore, you will also help drive cross-border sales of our brands into other Southeast Asian markets through the marketplace. The categories we cover and are expanding into include beauty, colour cosmetics, hair, health, and personal care.
What You Will Do
- Update and maintain product listings, categories, and filters across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Ensure SKUs are accurate and visually appealing with the right images, videos, and product descriptions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with marketplace calendars (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimising paid ads across platforms; share insights and suggest improvements.
- Track sales, traffic, and campaign performance, preparing weekly and monthly reports with key highlights.
- Monitor competitor stores and trends, bringing back ideas and best practices.
- Collaborate with brand managers, marketing, design, and operations to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Liaise with platform representatives to secure visibility and campaign opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 – 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or FMCG/beauty e-retail.
- Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop Seller Centers.
- Familiarity with marketplace ad tools and basic optimisation strategies.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven; no missing images, wrong prices, or late uploads under your watch.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
- Strong communicator with a proactive, flexible, startup-builder mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or premium lifestyle categories.
- Deeper knowledge of marketplace operations, campaign management, and performance optimisation.
- Exposure to cross-border e-commerce and regional marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with BI/analytics tools beyond Excel/Sheets.
