Job Responsibilities:
1) Assist in processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with the team for timely order fulfillment.

2) Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist in regular stock checks to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

3) Manage and process orders placed via our mobile app, ensuring seamless coordination between app orders and other e-commerce channels.

4) Collaborate with shipping partners to arrange timely deliveries, track shipments, and handle any shipping-related concerns and discrepancies.

5) Work closely with various teams, to ensure smooth coordination of e-commerce activities.

6) Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards before shipment, including those for mobile app orders.

7) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of E-Commerce Platforms, such as Shopee, Shopify and Lazada is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheet and the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
