Recruiting the best Commerce & Industry sector professionals across South-East Asia Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire an experienced Regional Finance Controller, This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global and regional accounting standards, overseeing statutory reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead all controllership functions across the region, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Manage statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing financial guidance to support business decisions. Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations with a hands‑on and solutions‑oriented approach. Key Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in multinational environments. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of US GAAP, regional accounting standards, and tax frameworks. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. How To Apply?
