Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Develop financial strategies to support R&D investments, cost management, and funding initiatives. Oversee financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with Singapore and international accounting standards. Build and strengthen financial systems, controls, and processes to support scale and regional expansion. Engage with external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate CPA/CA/ACCA-qualified with at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in high-growth tech, semiconductors, or engineering environments. Proven experience in scaling finance functions within a growing and entrepreneurial organisation. Strong understanding of international accounting standards, compliance, and cross-border financial management. Commercially minded with the ability to connect financial outcomes with business strategy. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure, and influencing across senior levels.
