What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Apple Search Ads campaigns across multiple regions and languages, with a strong focus on ROI and conversion efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, bidding strategy, and creative testing, with regular performance tracking across full user acquisition funnels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CVR, CPT, LTV), identifying growth opportunities through structured A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Stay ahead of platform policy changes and market trends, propose localized acquisition strategies in collaboration with the ASO team.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, design, ASO, and data teams to ensure high-quality ad creatives, conversion-optimized landing pages, and smooth attribution tracking.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ASA campaign experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns in multiple markets.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in advertising for crypto exchange, trading platforms or blockchain products.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and SKAdNetwork framework.
  • Business-level English; additional language proficiency is a strong plus.
