Job Description

Publicis Groupe is seeking a talented individual to join our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands in Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future-proof their business while being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer, and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences.

The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Biddable Campaign Management

  • Lead the enforcement and utilization of Workflow Jira across all biddable buyers , assigned TAAG (Technology & Activation) traffickers, and Regional and Local markets .
  • Own the biddable regional Campaign Tracker and oversee the status of all current and upcoming campaigns daily.
  • Run regional biddable and TAAG campaign status calls as necessary.
  • Communicate directly with biddable buyers and TAAG traffickers to receive updates on campaign status or outstanding tasks.
  • Manage Regional and Local markets to ensure SLAs are respected through negotiation and education. Identify emergency campaign requests and work with biddable buyers to define suitable timings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of end-to-end biddable activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, reporting, and finance.
  • Proactively communicate with Regional and Local markets to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, media plans, and client approvals.
  • Review and report monthly on the team’s delivery timeliness and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead internal status calls, identify delays, and implement resolution steps.
  • Create process documentation and conduct training to ensure effective campaign management and process adherence.

Strategic Projects

  • Support the Biddable Operations Director and Biddable Hub Lead in operational improvements.
  • Review current processes and suggest enhancements to support daily campaign operations.

Team

  • Act as the liaison between biddable buyers and Regional and Local markets .
  • Collaborate with the Biddable Operations Director and Biddable Hub Lead across all business areas.
  • Work with other Biddable Campaign Managers to standardize knowledge transfer and process improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activities and drive timely, accurate delivery.
  • Propose process improvements and support learning initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams.
  • Management or buying experience.
  • Experience with high-volume campaign management and tracking dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of social, paid search, programmatic, and trafficking processes.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple markets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills, especially under pressure.
  • Professional, ambitious, and a team player.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Resilient, confident, and able to challenge the status quo.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in unstructured situations.
